At XBYZ LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting, business formation, web design, and financial services. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent in all matters related to refunds. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

General Refund Policy

All payments made to XBYZ LLC are considered final upon the commencement of services. Due to the nature of our consulting and professional services — which involve significant time, expertise, and resources — refunds are not automatically granted after work has begun.

However, we evaluate all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and are committed to reaching a fair resolution for every client.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

  • You cancel your service request within 48 hours of payment and before any work has commenced
  • XBYZ LLC is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances within our control
  • A significant service failure occurs that we are unable to remedy within a reasonable timeframe
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors occurred on our end
  • Services were misrepresented at the time of sale

Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or been delivered:

  • Business formation and state filing fees (fees paid to government agencies on your behalf are non-recoverable)
  • Completed web design work, including delivered mockups, designs, or live websites
  • Consulting sessions and strategy calls that have already taken place
  • Merchant account and banking setup services once applications have been submitted
  • Any third-party fees paid on your behalf (domain registration, hosting, licensing fees, etc.)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your payment date with the following information:

  • Your full name and business name
  • Date of payment and amount paid
  • A detailed description of the issue or reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation (screenshots, emails, invoices)

Submit your refund request by email to info@xbyzeth.com or by calling us at +1 (747) 361-9949. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 7–10 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

In some cases, we may offer a service credit in lieu of a monetary refund, which can be applied toward future services with XBYZ LLC. This will always be discussed and agreed upon before being applied.

Cancellations

You may cancel any ongoing service engagement at any time by providing written notice to info@xbyzeth.com. Upon cancellation:

  • Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed and is non-refundable
  • Any unused portion of a pre-paid package may be refunded or credited at our discretion
  • Government filing fees and third-party costs already incurred cannot be refunded
